We rely on the support of both the home and the parish to meet the goals set forth by Alberta Learning and Christ the Redeemer School Division. We emphasize the development of strong basic skills that can be transferred to all learning situations. Language Arts, Mathematics, and Religion are a primary focus with excellent programs offered in the areas of Science, Social Studies, French, Physical Education, and the Fine Arts. Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools is committed to French learning as an expression of our Canadian identity. Throughout our division, students will experience excellent instruction through various French programs. Here at Holy Spirit Academy we offer an Intensive French program for Grade 5 and 6. Our school has a full time special education coordinator who works with a group of highly trained support staff to provide learning assistance to those students who need help in becoming independent, confident learners. Our staff consists of caring, committed and dynamic individuals who enjoy working in a team environment. Each teacher is connected to a team of teachers that meets weekly to focus on improvement of student learning.
